Carrot and Raisin Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb. grated or shredded carrots

½ cup raisins, seedless and unpacked

1 Tbsp honey – optional

1/3 cup pineapple, drained and diced small

½-3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions:

1.     Place ingredients into a medium bowl. Add in honey if desired for a sweeter dish.

2.     Mixed together until ingredients are evenly coated and serve
