CHI St Gabriel’s Health, reached an agreement with Aetna to restore In-Network access effective Feb. 1, 2026, through a newly solidified two-year agreement. This comprehensive partnership ensures in-network coverage for Aetna’s Commercial, First Health and Aetna Medicare Advantage members across all CommonSpirit hospitals, ancillary services, and professional providers in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and North Dakota. This will ensure our patients with Aetna plans can continue to receive seamless, high-quality care from their trusted CHI Health providers. The contract includes an automatic escalator for year two, designed to address the increasing complexities and costs of health care while upholding our commitment to accessible, high-quality care.
