Grief Support Group

You’re invited to our Grief Support Group Meetings for those who have lost a loved one. Join us for cookies, coffee and a time for sharing.

Where: CHI St. Gabriel’s Hospital – 808 3rd St SE – Door #13 – First Floor – Franciscan Room
When: Mondays 4:00 – 5:00 pm

(Please note location and time maybe subject to changes) 

CHI Health at Home is offering the specific following workshop dates:

  • Monday, October 13th
  • Monday, October 27th
  • Monday, November 10
  • Monday, November 24
  • Monday, December 8th
  • Holiday Break

This workshop is free and open to the public. Families, friends, and caregivers are welcome to attend.  Registration is encouraged, but not required.
